Red White and Blue

Well, after all we are a bunch of Red-Blooded American girls...

Today, the Ladies Fancywork Society is in the news for spreading a little red, white, and blue love around the City for the Democratic National Convention in Denver.

LFS at Knit The Gardens

This is a bit of a make-up post. A few weeks ago, the Ladies Fancywork Society participated in the Denver Botanic Gardens "Knit The Gardens" project where a number of local crafsters converged upon Civic Center park in Denver, CO to install crocheted and knitted artwork. LFS was in full force!

A lovely fancywork made by Esther.

This one is by Jeanne Lois.

A conspicuous photo of Lady Magdalena Pompelthwaite installing a fancywork.

This fancywork is the work of one of the founding members of the LFS, K.R. Cute, eh?
